General service

Getting Started

What service frequencies do you offer?

We offer twice-weekly, weekly, every-other-week, and one-time cleanup. Weekly service is the best fit for most households. We do not offer monthly service.

What areas do you serve?

We serve defined routes throughout Greenwood, Center Grove, Bargersville, Whiteland, New Whiteland, Franklin, Trafalgar, Nineveh, Southport, Beech Grove, Franklin Township, Perry Township, and New Palestine. Every new address is verified before service is promised.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

No long-term service contract is required. Contact us if you need to change, pause, or cancel recurring service.

How do I request service?

Complete the Free Quote form with your contact information, address, number of dogs, and preferred frequency. We’ll verify your address and follow up with the appropriate options.

Visits and access

On Service Day

Do I need to be home?

No. As long as the agreed service area is safely accessible and your dogs are secured, we can complete the visit while you are away.

What should I do with my dogs?

Please keep dogs inside during service unless we have specifically arranged otherwise. This helps us work safely and prevents accidental escapes.

What if my gate is locked or the yard is inaccessible?

The yard needs to be accessible on your route day. Contact us as soon as possible if access will be blocked so we can determine the appropriate next step.

Do you check the gate when you leave?

Yes. Securing the gate after service is part of our standard property-respect process.

What happens to the collected waste?

We collect and securely bag the waste. The bag remains at the property for disposal. We do not haul residential waste off-site.

Do you clean the entire property?

We service the accessible yard or areas agreed upon when your service is established. Areas blocked by structures, dense vegetation, standing water, unsafe conditions, or restricted access may not be serviceable.

Pricing and billing

Cost and Payment

How much does weekly service cost?

Weekly residential service starts at $20 per visit for one dog. Published starting rates are $25 for two dogs, $30 for three dogs, and $40 for four dogs. Five or more dogs require a custom quote. Property details may affect the final rate.

Is the first cleanup really free?

New recurring weekly customers receive their first cleanup free, subject to normal yard conditions. The promotion does not mean every one-time or heavily accumulated cleanup is free.

How do I pay?

Residential customers pay securely online through automatic billing.

What can affect my price?

The number of dogs, yard size, access, service frequency, route location, and unusual accumulated waste can affect the final quote.

Weather and changes

When Plans Change

What happens during bad weather?

We work through normal Indiana weather. If snow, ice, storms, extreme conditions, or unsafe access prevent service, we will communicate any route adjustment.

Can I pause or change my service?

Yes. Contact us as early as possible when you need to change your frequency or pause service so we can address the route and billing correctly.

What if I add another dog?

Let us know before the next visit. Dog count affects workload and pricing, so your service rate may need to be updated.

One-time cleanup

Catch-Up Service

How much does a one-time cleanup cost?

One-time service is quoted individually based on accumulated waste, number of dogs, yard size, access, and the work required.

Do I have to continue with recurring service?

No. One-time cleanup does not require an ongoing commitment.

Can I switch to weekly service afterward?

Yes. Many customers use one-time service as a reset and then move to recurring service to prevent another major buildup.

Commercial properties

Apartments, HOAs and Dog Parks

What commercial properties do you serve?

Commercial service may be available for apartment communities, HOAs, dog parks, municipal areas, and professionally managed properties within our route capacity.

Do you install or service pet-waste stations?

Station installation, servicing, bag refills, or replacement can be discussed during the property assessment. Availability and responsibilities are defined in the commercial proposal.

How is commercial service priced?

Commercial pricing depends on the defined service area, property footprint, pet traffic, visit frequency, access, disposal arrangements, and labor required.

Where does commercial waste go?

Collected waste is securely bagged and left at the agreed on-site disposal point. Off-site hauling is not included unless specifically added to a written proposal.

How do I request a property assessment?
